Thank you for registering for the Chatterbox Championship qualifier at Walden Ponds. Please pass this information along to your partner, as I only have the contact information for one player (for teams who signed up both players). 

- Please make sure you are signed up for the correct division. The rules are stated clearly on the site, and anyone who advances from the qualifiers who do NOT meet the requirements will be disqualified (DQ). 

If you attended the qualifiers last year, you will be familiar with our live scoring app, Squabbit, which we will use again to house the official tee times and track live scoring for the event. At least one player from each group must have the app downloaded and be logged in during the tournament to keep score. Upon review, we will have official paper scorecards when you arrive to the first tee for the opposing team.

IMPORTANT DETAILS & REMINDERS:

• Tee Times: Tee times are subject to change until 24 hours before the round. Please check the Squabbit app the night before your round to ensure your tee time has not changed. Tee times will not change unless something unforeseen occurs. (team drops out, ect)  - I have attached the tee times for the first iteration, and if everything goes to plan- nothing should change. 

• Advancement: Based on current sign-ups, this qualifier will advance two (2) TIPS teams and three (3) Competitor teams. I will make the executive decision for each qualifier to ensure participants per flight match advancement. IF YOU SIGNED UP FOR TIPS and prefer to now compete in the Competitor division AND meet those requirements, please let us know ASAP, and we will make the switch. There are 26 TIPS teams and 66 Competitor teams, so changes were necessary. 

• Rules & Format: You can review the official rules and tournament format by visiting: Official Rules — CINCY GOLF. PLEASE ENSURE IF YOU ARE PLAYING IN THE COMPETITOR DIVISION, YOU MEET THOSE RULES!

• Live Leaderboard: For friends and family who wish to follow the action, leaderboard links, and tee times will be available on 513Golf.com the night before the qualifying event.

• Check-in: Upon arriving at the course please take care of the greens fees in the clubhouse and make sure to arrive at the first tee NO LATER than 10 minutes before your tee time.We will address rules, pace of play expectations, ect before teeing off. You will receive the official scorecards at this time. Keeping score on both the squabbit app and paper card are necessary.

• Walden Ponds Driving Range: Walden Ponds does have a driving range on site.
