Dear Competitors,

First off, my apologies for the emails for other qualifiers. The system does not let me segment qualifiers, so I must send this to everyone. PipeStone information will be sent out later today, information for Indian Ridge and Walden will come in subsequent weeks. Thank you for your patience and for registering for the Chatterbox Championships! We are thrilled to have you participating in this year's event.

If you attended the qualifiers last year, you will be familiar with our live scoring app, Squabbit, which we will use again to house the official tee times and track live scoring for the event. We require at least one player from each team to have the app downloaded and logged in during the tournament.

IMPORTANT DETAILS & REMINDERS:

  • Tee Times: Tee times are subject to change until 24 hours before the round. Please check the Squabbit app the night before your round to ensure your tee time has not changed. Tee times will not change unless something unforeseen occurs. 

  • Advancement: Based on current sign-ups, this qualifier will advance two (2) TIPS teams and two (2) Competitor teams. I will be making the executive decision on this per qualifier to ensure participants per flight match advancement. 

  • Rules & Format: You can review the official rules and tournament format by visiting: Official Rules — CINCY GOLF.

  • Live Leaderboard: For friends and family who wish to follow the action, leaderboard links, and tee times will be available on 513Golf.com the night before the qualifying event.

  • Check-in: Upon arriving at the course please take care of the greens fees in the clubhouse, and make sure to arrive at the first tee NO LATER than 10 minutes before your tee time.We will address rules, pace of play expectations, ect before teeing off.

  • Blue Ash Driving Range: Blue Ash does not have a driving range. A range called The Acres is nearby. Regardless, be preparred to warmup however you see fit - but there is NOT a driving range at Blue Ash on site.
