We’re thrilled to have you join us for The Chatterbox Championship. Get ready for a fantastic day of golf, camaraderie, while supporting our benefit OSPF & Man Therapy. I'll start by saying, my apologies for not being able to segment out specific emails for your specific qualifier, so you're going to get an email for all the qualifiers regardless of which one, or how many you are playing in. Also, due to competitive integrity- I will provide a pin sheet, and if everything goes according to plan - a yardage book for each team. I've attached the tee times as a PDF for convenience- BUT, we will be using a live scoring system, and digital leaderboard.

Inside the app, you can check the schedule tab for tee time confirmation, and will also serve as a place to check on live leaderboards, ect. We will also provide assistance with this if needed at the registration tent. We will not be helping people with this via email.

  • Food & Beverage: Food and beverage is on you. We have some refreshment stations setup on the course, and the courses will have their traditional options but arrive as if you were playing a normal day of golf without catering. 

  • Arrival Time: We suggest arriving no later than 45 minutes before your tee time to ensure a smooth process.

  • Upon Arrival:

    1. Bag Drop: Upon Arriving, please enter the Bag Drop area, and allow our team to get your bag on your cart, and welcome you.

    2. Check-In: After parking, please be sure to check in at the Registration Table: You will be provided tournament documents.

    3. Paying Greens Fee: Please proceed to pay greens fee after check-in to ensure no issues at the tee box on 1.

    4. Cart Assignment: Collect your assigned golf cart from the staging area.

    5. Warm-Up: Head to the driving range or putting green (range balls included) - Be sure to arrive at Tee #1 at least 10 minutes prior to tee time

    6. Rules Briefing: Join us at for a quick overview of the tournament format and rules on Tee #1. This takes place 8 minutes prior to tee time. 

What to Know

  • Dress Code: Collared shirts and golf-appropriate attire required; Local course discretion.

  • Scoring: It will be required for 1 person on each team to enter their scores in the Squabbit app. Please see above to get setup for this.
